Through our patient portal you can schedule an appointment and see our healthcare provider or review your records and charts without ever having to go to a physical doctor’s office.

Prior to your appointment, you will receive a secure link via text message or email from our secure patient portal. Log in 5 minutes prior to your appointment to check your connection status. Once our Fitat60 healthcare provider joins the virtual appointment, your consultation will occur via video conference. All visits can be done on a computer, tablet or phone as long as you have a strong internet or cellular connection.

Currently, Fitat60 is only available in Texas, California & Nevada. We will be expanding into other states so please look for us in your area soon!

To prevent unauthorized access to your information, our systems are run on HIPAA-compliant architecture, employing secure servers, firewalls, and encrypted back-ups.

Yes.

It is important that we confirm your health records before we ship your prescription. An initial consultation is a 5 minute introduction call with one of our doctors. Our scheduling system is set up to allow for an appropriate amount of time, based on your current needs.

Fitat60 services are not reimbursable by Medicare, Medicaid or any other government health care program, or any commercial insurer, managed care organization, preferred provider organization or other payors. Upon request, Fitat60 will provide documentation for services that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement for out of pocket costs. Fitat60 cannot guarantee that carriers will reimburse for any out of pocket expense.

Yes. Before you inject you want to clean both the top of the rubber stopper of the vial before drawing up the product and the area where you are going to inject with alcohol swabs.

The most common area to inject is the abdominal area between the hip bone and the belly button. The middle outer portion of the thigh, and upper outer portion of the glutes.

We recommend rotating areas so as not to constantly inject in the same location.

It is not uncommon to experience local irritation at the injection site. The lump will resolve on its own within a few days. If you are concerned at any time, please contact us directly and speak to our medical team.

The relevant dosage information will be provided to you in the following ways

1. Our Doctor will discuss this with you. Once our Doctor has reviewed and approved your medical information you will received an email with your personalised dosage protocol.
2. You will receive a dosage information on the label of each product you have ordered.

Our Doctor will provide you with the most appropriate dosage for you.
